Access controls
Access to the application requires authentication. The platform applies roles and permissions, branch-scoped access, and database row-level policies intended to separate tenant business data. Tenant administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate access to their users.
Operational safeguards
The application records audit events for supported activities. Browser connections to the live service and configured service endpoints use HTTPS. These controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every incident or unauthorized access attempt will be prevented.
Infrastructure and recovery
HomeBooktz uses cloud infrastructure and third-party service providers. Provider security, encryption-at-rest, backup, and recovery details depend on the applicable provider configuration and agreement; this page does not claim a specific certification, backup interval, recovery point, or recovery time. The Terms of Service describe the current backup and availability position.
